LIVING’s residential development in Budapest’s 3rd district, Római Park, has received official brownfield classification. Buyers of the 257-apartment residential complex, located in North Buda directly next to the Danube riverbank, can now benefit from a significant financial advantage, as private individuals are eligible to reclaim the 5% VAT included in the purchase price. Construction of the A+ energy-rated homes, available with a favorable 10–90% payment schedule, is progressing according to plan, with handover expected in the third quarter of 2026.
