WING has completed the acquisition of the Olympia project: through the purchase from Atenor, a property complex spanning approximately 74,000 square metres — comprising an operating office building, a structurally complete building, and additional development plots, all with prime transport connections — has been added to WING’s portfolio. In line with changing market demands, WING is preparing to reposition the site for mixed-use purposes: according to the current concept, alongside the existing office space, more than 500 apartments as well as retail and service functions could be included in the development.

KPMG's new headquarters, spanning more than 8,000 square metres, will be delivered on Váci Road, Budapest in autumn 2029. The development, designed entirely around the requirements of the international advisory and audit firm, is notable for WING delivering a complete office building tailored exclusively to a single tenant's long-term needs, a construction model that is exceptionally rare in today's Budapest office market. The transaction is also the largest new office leasing agreement in Budapest so far this year. With this project, WING further consolidates its leading position in corporate headquarters development.

Scope Ratings has revised the outlook on WINGHOLDING Zrt.'s credit rating to stable while affirming its B+ rating. The decision reflects a favourable view of the company's financial and business prospects. The international rating agency's decision is supported by the WING Group's record-breaking revenue growth of 53 % in 2025, an even stronger 80 % improvement in EBITDA, a declining debt level, and strong international growth.
