PHOENIX Pharma Zrt. Expands Its Warehouse Capacity in Fót by 40 Percent

PHOENIX Pharma Zrt. has expanded its warehouse capacity in Fót by 40 percent at East Gate Business Park, part of WING Industrial’s portfolio. The development demonstrates that demand remains strong for well-located, modern industrial properties tailored to the specific requirements of pharmaceutical logistics, even in a more subdued market environment.
With the investment, the floor area of PHOENIX Pharma Zrt.’s warehouse in Fót, near Budapest has grown from 8,000 to 11,200 square metres, while storage capacity has reached 17,000 pallet positions. The expansion strengthens operational reliability, temperature control, traceability and inventory capacity, all of which are of particular importance in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution.
The development in Fót is consistent with WING Industrial’s strategy built on long-term tenant partnerships. In the first half of 2026, the company leased close to 70,000 square metres of industrial and logistics space, 60 percent of which came from new lease agreements.

East Gate Business Park is located in the immediate vicinity of the capital, at the intersection of the M0, M2 and M3 motorways, providing rapid connections to Budapest, the national road network and international transport corridors.
The development confirms that high-quality, well-located logistics facilities that can be adapted to specific operational requirements continue to offer a competitive advantage in the Hungarian industrial real estate market.
