Towarowa22: the next chapter in a new Warsaw neighbourhood

The transformation of Warsaw’s Towarowa22 continues with Motion Tower, a new residential landmark being developed by AFI Poland and Echo Investment, WING’s Polish subsidiary.

Bringing together homes, workplaces, green spaces and places for leisure, Towarowa22 is creating a new mixed-use neighbourhood in Warsaw’s business district. Motion Tower will form part of this neighbourhood, with apartment sales now underway.

The 32-storey, 125-metre tower will offer more than 180 apartments, each with a corner layout and a private terrace. The homes will range from 46 sq m to a penthouse of over 400 sq m.

Motion Tower will combine distinctive architecture with amenities designed to support an active lifestyle and everyday wellbeing. An entire floor will be dedicated to shared facilities, including a gym, yoga and Pilates studio, saunas and spaces for relaxation and recovery. Residents will also have access to the Towarowa Gardens.

Motion Tower represents another step in the development of Towarowa22, one of Echo Investment’s major mixed-use projects.

Completion is scheduled for the end of 2028.
