The building, which will serve as the new home of KPMG's Hungarian operations, will be located on Váci Road — one of Budapest's most important office corridors close to the company's current headquarters. The seven-storey building, designed for approximately 1,100 employees, will feature a 300-seat conference centre, a large green internal courtyard and a dedicated meeting floor. The two and a half-level underground car park will provide 140 parking spaces.

The significance of the project lies both in its exceptional scale and in the fact that WING is developing the new office building in a so-called build-to-suit (BTS) structure, tailored exclusively to a single company's unique requirements. Dedicated corporate headquarters of this kind remain rare in the Budapest office market; however, WING was able to offer KPMG a bespoke real estate solution aligned with the firm's long-term growth plans and quality expectations. The tenant's long-term commitment and WING's development expertise together make a project of this scale and complexity possible.

According to Tibor Tatár, Head of Residential and Office Developments at WING Hungary, build-to-suit developments require a particularly high level of trust, as the entire project is built around the tenant's specific operations: in this case, the building has been designed from the outset to meet KPMG's operational, organisational and long-term business needs. "A corporate headquarters is far more than an ordinary office building: it simultaneously reflects an organisation's culture, values and vision", Tibor Tatár emphasised.
