Ericsson Headquarters

Ericson House
As part of Infopark, located on the banks of the Danube, stands the Ericsson House, Ericsson’s Hungarian headquarters, which the Swedish multinational company occupied in December 2017.
The building, with a total floor area of 24,000 square meters, is home to one of the company’s largest research and development centers outside Sweden. It is one of Hungary’s most modern and innovative headquarters, built in accordance with the international LEED Gold sustainability certification.
The six-story building was constructed specifically to meet Ericsson’s needs. In its massing, functionality, and refined architectural solutions, it blends seamlessly with the atmosphere of the surrounding area. The facility includes 540 parking spaces and 250 bicycle storage units, located across four underground levels beneath the building.
The building won the award for the Best Office Development in Hungary in 2018.
The building was sold by WING in 2021.
Location
The Ericsson House in Újbuda, located on the banks of the Danube within the Infopark area, was built as the first phase of the Hungarian Nobel Laureates Research and Development Park in Budapest’s 11th district. The building is easily accessible by public transport, car, and bicycle alike.
