Danubius Houses
Project
The Danubius Houses was developed by WING between 1998 and 2005 in four phasis. When constructing the office buildings, key considerations were that they should have excellent accessibility and that each new office building should fit in with those already in operation, both in terms of appearance and ease of movement between the buildings. A special feature of the buildings is that from the first phase onwards the office centres always met the prevailing market requirements, creating a popular building complex that sets the tone of the neighborhood.

Location
The construction of this, one of the pioneering developments in the area bordered by Váci út and Babér utca, began in 1997 on the site of the former RICO head office.
