Allianz Headquarters
Project
During the development of the aesthetic and modern office complex, the goal was to create a building with a unique exterior and a clean, streamlined interior. Today, the property serves as the Allianz headquarters, which the company purchased from WING in 2010.
The building consists of four office towers, each with 2,300 square meters of office space per floor. Offices on the top floor open onto rooftop terraces. During the design phase, sustainability, efficient space utilization and cost-effective operation were key priorities. The project placed a strong emphasis on the use of solar energy and rainwater harvesting, as well as the implementation of eco-efficient solutions, heat-reflective glazing and enhanced acoustic insulation. The property has been awarded a BREEAM “Very Good” certification.
In recognition of its high-quality construction, the headquarters also received the Construction Industry Award of Excellence in 2012.

The Allianz Headquarters is located in Budapest, on Könyves Kálmán Boulevard. The building is easily accessible by public transport, car, or even by bicycle.
