The 246-apartment Kassák Terrace in Klapka Street in the 13th District, is the third and final phase of the Kassák Project, which was handed over in October 2024. The residential project will be completed with the completion of Kassák Terrace, and the complex, comprising 740 apartments, also include its own park, spread out over more than 9,000 square metres. Kassák Terrace has an A+ energy rating and offers surface heating and cooling, a heat pump solution, and apartments with high technical standards. The triple-glazed plastic doors and windows allow for more efficient sound and thermal insulation, resulting in far lower annual heating and cooling costs compared to traditional homes.
