The AA+ energy rating Kassák Terrace is the third and final phase of the Kassák Project in Klapka Street, in the 13th District, where 246 new build apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy in the first half of 2025. The residential project will be complete once Kassák Terrace is ready, and the complex, comprising 740 apartments, will also include its own park, spread out over more than 9,000 square metres. Sales in the residential development are currently ongoing and there is a favourable payment schedule of 20-80% for the remaining available apartments.
