LIVING, one of Hungary's leading residential property developers, has reached an important milestone as the second phase of its highly successful Park West project has received its final use permit, marking the handover of the 234-apartment project. The residential complex will offer sunny, terraced, energy-efficient homes in the heart of the vibrant 13th district, and will also provide community services and smart solutions to itsresidents, in line with LIVING's standards. In addition, ahead of the project's handover, LIVING has reached its 1000th technical handover! The residential building still has available apartments ready for immediate occupancy, which can be eligible for urban CSOK subsidies. Sales are ongoing.

LIVING launched the nearly 900-unit Park West residential development in 2020, which will be built in four phases: the first phase, Park West 1, with 229 apartments, was handed over in early 2022, while the second phase, Park West 2, with 234 apartments, has now received its final use permit. Construction work on the latest phase of the residential complex, Park West 3, started in the second quarter of 2022, with which LIVING will develop an additional 230 sunny, energy-efficient apartments.

Park West is located at 15-25 Szabolcs Street, in the heart of the Ferdinand quarter in the 13th district. The area is easily accessible by car, bicycle and public transport, with metro M3, tram 14, bus 105, trolley 75 and numerous night bus stops on the surrounding main roads. Westend shopping centre, the City Park, the Budapest Zoo and the renovated Széchenyi Baths are all within a 10-minute walk. With this development, LIVING is primarily targeting an urban and active lifestyle audience, for whom location, accessibility and the comfort-enhancing services, provided by the residential complex are important factors.

In the design of the Park West 2 residential development, the primary considerations were to create a floor plan that would be advantageous in terms of energy performance, to study the footprint and to develop environmentally friendly solutions. Accordingly, the residential building, which has an energy rating of AA, is equipped with 2 heat pumps and 4 gas boilers for combined heating and hot water production. In addition, the building provides its residents more than 300 parking spaces of which nearly 70 are electric charging stations.

"As with all of our residential projects, the primary objective for Park West 2 was to create a property that would meet the needs of the residents to the maximum. We are proud that our Park West project has now reached another significant stage, as the second phase of the 234-apartment Park West 2 has received its final use permit. At the same time, LIVING has also reached its 1,000th technical transfer of apartments to a customer, which shows us that demand for sustainable apartments with high quality services remains unbroken." - said János Martin, Deputy CEO of WING and Director of LIVING Residential Developments.

The developer offer residents unique LIVING Service packages to make their daily lives easier in three areas:

  • As part of Community LIVING services, in addition to car sharing, a shared living room, a coworking space, a meeting room  and a 24/7 package pickup point are also available.
  • SMART LIVING smart home solutions ensure that residents’ homes are energy-efficient and safe.
  • LIVING Solutions services make it easier for homeowners to manage the tasks related to their properties, whether they bought their apartment as a home or as an investment.

In Park West 2, there are still vacant, ready-to-move-in apartments available, for which urban CSOK subsidies are also available.
